What's the story behind Tease?

Once upon a time, Judy Parr was looking for a salon to call home when she moved to Bremerton. As she went from salon to salon, it was clear that there wasn’t one that reflected her desire to work in a warm, nurturing, and creative environment. She wanted to be surrounded by artists with energy, a dedication to quality and who are interested in trying new things. That’s when it became clear: it was up to Judy to build a salon that fulfilled her vision.
What you experience when you come into Tease is the physical manifestation of Judy herself. The Tease experience offers customers a luxurious experience without being snobby or pretentious.
